Supportive for anyone living with long-term conditions such as COPD or asthma.
Breathing & control
Learn to breathe more deeply and powerfully, with better control over posture and diaphragm.

Long Covid
Helpful for people managing the ongoing physical effects of Covid-19.
Community & connection
For anyone who's feeling isolated β a genuinely warm group where real friendships are made.
This isn't just a nice idea β singing groups run for people with long-term lung conditions have shown measurable results: in one UK-wide evaluation, 45% of participants reported fewer GP visits and 18% reported fewer hospital admissions after joining.
